Charlie Fleming is recognized as one of the top mediators and arbitrators in Alabama. He has mediated and resolved well over 1000 disputes. Charlie’s success in resolving disputes stems in part from his 40 years of litigation experience. Charlie is frequently appointed by Judges in Mobile and surrounding counties and requested by attorneys and their clients statewide as well as in Florida and Mississippi. He has earned a reputation as a competent, thorough and objective mediator by plaintiff and defense attorneys and their clients. He also serves as umpire in appraisal disputes and conducts arbitrations in every subject. He was recently selected as one of only 20 lawyers and former judges in Alabama to become a charter member of the Alabama Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (nadn.org/alabama) through its selective peer nomination and review process.
